Account activation Your account must be activated first. If you have chosen to pay through Paypal, your account will be activated when we receive the confirmation email from Paypal that payment has been made. If you pay by bank transfer, your account will be activated when the money has arrived in our account.

Cookies Account activated and still no log-in possible? Then it's probably the security settings in your browsers. The security level (Internet Explorer) must be set to "medium" – StagePool doesn't work when it's set to "high". Furthermore your Browser must be set to accept "cookies" – small files that are saved on your hard drive and enable StagePool to recognize you when you come to our website. Cookies are entirely harmless and faciliate surfing the internet for you!
Firewall / Router Is your computer behind a firewall? Many firewalls don't like cookies. If you have a software firewall installed on your computer, you can change the settings yourself. Otherwise ask the technical support of your firewall supplier for help.
Update Windows When did you last update your operating system? It's a good idea to update Windows now and then because Microsoft has to fix so many bugs and security holes. If you use Windows and Internet Explorer, get your free updates here: www.windowsupdate.com If you use a Mac, you can get free updates at www.apple.com
Javascript Your browser must be set to accept Javascript because many functions like the log-in and the whole DigiCV process are based on Javascript. Javascript should be automatically set but check it to be sure.
