Your photo must measure 280 x 340 Pixel and have a resolution of 72 dpi. You must save the file as a JPG or GIF and it may not exceed 64 KB.
When you have a photo ready, log into Your StagePool and click "Change details". On the second page you will find a link to upload your photo.
